ABOUT THE 2022 MN FIELD TRIP EXPO

Since 2011 the annual Field Trip EXPO has been an annual free-to-attend in-person event that features more than 100 – 150 exhibitors! In 2019 at the MN Landscape Arboretum more than 650 educators and group planners came to talk with Minnesota’s BEST educational & recreational providers – like YOU! For youth to adults!

At the EXPO exhibitors present their Onsite Assemblies, Camps, Classes & Programs, Outbound Field Trips, Camps, Activities, Online Classes & Livestream Programs, Tours & Travel Destinations, and Fundraising Programs.

– If you are an established Full or Premium Library Partner – No Charge for one exhibit space and attendee list. Add $30 for electric hookup.
– If you are an established Digital Partner 1 or 2 – your discounted price is $345. Add $30 for electric hookup.
– If you are purchasing an exhibit space Ala Carte – your price is $395. Add $30 for electric hookup.

SPECIAL OFFER! The 2022 EXPO BUNDLE
– Add the full year Digital Partner 1 Program to your exhibit space purchase for the reduced rate Bundle Price: $845. Add $30 for electric hookup.

CVB VISITOR GUIDE DISTRIBUTION
At the 2019 EXPO, attendees took home more than 3,000 CVB visitor guides.

As a CVB, Chamber or DMO, you have a participation choice:

  1. You can exhibit, plus we will also distribute your Visitor Guide at the CVB DESTINATION table. $395
    You provide us with 200 visitor guides for the CVB DESTINATION table.
    OR
  2. We will distribute your Visitor Guide at the EXPO CVB table (exhibit space not included). $195
    You provide us with 200 visitor guides for the CVB DESTINATION table.

AFTER JUNE 15 ADD $50:
– If you are a Digital Partner 1 or 2 – after June 15 your price is $395
– If you are purchasing ala carte – after June 15 your price is $445
– If you are purchase CVB Guide Distribution – after June 15 your price is $245
– If you are purchasing the Bundle – after June 15 your price is $895

PAYMENT
– Your invoice will be emailed after you submit your online registration.
– Payment is due in full by check or credit card prior to the 2022 EXPO.

EXHIBIT DETAILS
* EXHIBIT SPACE – each exhibitor gets one 6′ table and chair. No pipe and drape.
* TABLE COVERING – Bring a tablecloth for your table.
* UNLOADING/LOADING VEHICLES – Loading area to be designated. Unload and move vehicle.
* ELECTRICITY – A limited number of exhibit spaces will have access to electricity. Bring an extension cord (50′) and a power strip. Price for electric hookup is $30.
* EXHIBITOR PRIZE DRAWINGS – Each exhibitor is encouraged to offer one or more valuable drawings, i.e.,  free or discounted field trips, assemblies, sessions, classes or tours. Collect attendee contact information at your table and then contact the winner(s) after the EXPO.
* EXHIBITS WITH ANIMALS – Please clean up your exhibit area after the EXPO.
* LUNCHES & SNACKS – Canterbury Event Center has a snack bar.
* WIFI – Use the onsite WiFi, or your phone’s hotspot.
* PARKING – Free, adjacent parking.
