Since 2011 the annual Field Trip EXPO has been an annual free-to-attend in-person event that features more than 100 – 150 exhibitors! In 2019 at the MN Landscape Arboretum more than 650 educators and group planners came to talk with Minnesota’s BEST educational & recreational providers – like YOU! For youth to adults!

At the EXPO exhibitors present their Onsite Assemblies, Camps, Classes & Programs, Outbound Field Trips, Camps, Activities, Online Classes & Livestream Programs, Tours & Travel Destinations, and Fundraising Programs.

– If you are an established Full or Premium Library Partner – No Charge for one exhibit space and attendee list.
– If you are an established Digital Partner 1 or 2 – your price is $345
– If you are purchasing Ala Carte – your price is $395

– Add the full year Digital Partner 1 Program to your exhibit space purchase for the reduced rate Bundle Price: $845

– If you are a CVB, Chamber or DMO, your VISITOR GUIDE will be distributed for $195 at the EXPO.
(At the 2019 EXPO, attendees took home more than 3,000 CVB visitor guides.)

– If you are a Digital Partner 1 or 2 – after June 15 your price is $395
– If you are purchasing ala carte – after June 15 your price is $445
– If you are purchase CVB Guide Distribution – after June 15 your price is $245
– If you are purchasing the Bundle – after June 15 your price is $895

– Pay from your invoice, which will be emailed after you submit your online registration.
– Payment is due in full by check or credit card prior to the 2022 EXPO.

– Special Locations can include high traffic front entry, endcaps and/or multiple tables

* EXHIBIT SPACE – each exhibitor gets one 6′ table and chair. No pipe and drape.
* TABLE COVERING – Bring a tablecloth for your table.
* UNLOADING/LOADING VEHICLES – Loading area to be designated. Unload and move vehicle.
* ELECTRICITY – A limited number of exhibit spaces will have access to “low-draw” electricity. Bring an extension cord (min 15′) and a power strip.
* EXHIBITOR PRIZE DRAWINGS – Each exhibitor is encouraged to offer one or more valuable drawings, i.e.,  free or discounted field trips, assemblies, sessions, classes or tours. Collect attendee contact information at your table and then contact the winner(s) after the EXPO.
* EXHIBITS WITH ANIMALS – Please clean up your exhibit area after the EXPO.
* LUNCHES & SNACKS – Canterbury Event Center has a snack bar.
* WIFI – Use the onsite WiFi, or your phone’s hotspot.
* PARKING – Free, adjacent parking.
