DISCOVER AUSTIN MN | FREEZIN’ for a Reason
A new twist on an old game! A day of fun “golfing” on East Side Lake with a tennis ball and a hockey stick to support cancer research at the Hormel Institute.
Do you enjoy golfing? Playing hockey or tennis? Please plan to join us as we go golfing with a hockey stick and tennis ball on the frozen East Side Lake – part of Paint the Town Pink – a fundraiser for the Hormel Institute in Austin, MN. There will be 9 ‘holes’ for the event. Each team of 4 will need to register online at https://pttp.hi.umn.edu/icegolfregistration
Cost per team is $100. Event starts at 10 am with an After Party at Hoot and Ole’s starting at 12:30 pm. Go to the Facebook page ‘Freezin for a Reason – Ice Golf for the Institute’.
Teams are limited to 18 groups so get your registration in early! Payment for teams can be mailed to Discover Austin, 301 Main St. N, Suite 101, Austin, MN 55912. Payments must be received by February 17th or you will lose your spot.
