Whether it’s end-of-school year school events, or summer activities, camps, field trips or tours for youth or adults… the SRF is always a very productive “one-stop-shopping” event for summer activity planners! In addition to talking with many experienced providers, take time for a tour of Northern Star Scouting’s hugely popular Base Camp.
This year there will also be exhibitors offering new & unique FUNDRAISING Programs! From foods to flowers to services, there will be product and service opportunities that make sense (and healthy revenue) for your groups!

THE SUMMER RESOURCE FAIR IS A ONE-STOP SHOPPING EVENT DESIGNED TO HELP PLANNERS LIKE YOU GET READY FOR YOUR SUMMER ACTIVITIES!

• Exhibitor Drawings – Sign up for drawings at the exhibits for free field trips and/or discounted activities or services.
• Earn CEU Credits – Take home a CEU certificate – earn clock time at no charge because you interviewed the exhibitors!
• MN Field Trip Guides – Take FREE Guides home with you & your organization. Great for your planning meetings!
• As producers of this popular event, the MN Field Trip & Activity Library is NOT a booking agency. You can work directly with the planners you meet.

PARKING DETAILS:
There are 3 FREE parking lots to use during your visit to the Summer Resource Fair at Base Camp…
1. The Base Camp Parking Lot (has been made larger to accommodate more cars)
2. Parking Lot 2 (just across the street from Base Camp)
3. The Fort Snelling Parking Lot (About 3 blocks – a shuttle will be running between this lot and Base camp from 9a-4p)
