NATIONAL EAGLE CENTER | Enjoy A Private Family Habitat Tour

Explore the breathtaking scenery that surrounds the National Eagle Center – the heart of Eagle Territory – with a private Habitat Tour for your friends and family.

Whether you’ve experienced a National Eagle Center eagle-viewing field trip in the past or are looking for a more personal field trip experience to enjoy with friends and family, National Eagle Center Eagle Habitat Tours are a perfect day trip experience for groups of 10 people or less!

Like the Center’s field trips, Eagle Habitat Tours are a traveling classroom experience where you receive a personalized nature interpretation. And because Habitat Tours are designed as a small group activity, you decide what you want your trip to focus on. Want to get the ins and outs of Bald Eagle nesting season? We can do that in the late winter and spring. Are you interested in learning more about our winter Golden Eagle population? We’re your experts. Or maybe you’re interested in viewing Tundra Swans and learning about their migration through the Upper Mississippi River Flyway each fall season. We can guide you to some wonderful viewing locations and give you the inside scoop on their stay in the region, where they are traveling to, and how they migrate as family units thousands of miles across North America. Habitat Tours are truly a personal, safari-style experience!

Habitat Tours are scheduled upon request and available year-round, last two hours, can facilitate groups of up to 10 people, and include passes to the National Eagle Center to explore the exhibits and meet the live eagle ambassadors.
