Northrop, U of M

Minneapolis – TC Region

Located in the heart of the U of M Twin Cities campus, the newly renovated Northrop continues to be a Minnesota treasure, playing an important role in the cultural, intellectual, and entertainment life of our state. Northrop is always buzzing with both free and ticketed events, including a prestigious Dance and Music season comprised of world-class artists, a curated film series, concerts, comedy, lectures by world leaders, and more. An art gallery, café, and numerous multipurpose rooms make the building a true community gathering place, with spaces to rent for a variety of occasions.

Northrop is open and pleased to continue to offer a variety of events, performances, films, workshops, discussions, and more, both in-person and online for those who are more comfortable participating remotely. In-person events will follow detailed safety requirements by the State of Minnesota and the University of Minnesota.

We will be announcing our 2022 – 2023 Season in July!
